Disclosure & Case Review
For people charged in an RCMP investigation, their legal counsel and other authorized participants. The intended service will organize disclosure, compare police claims with exhibits, identify evidentiary gaps and generate questions and research memos for counsel.
Secure upload is not yet active. Do not send police disclosure, personal records, privileged communications, witness addresses or confidential files through ordinary comments, public forms or email.
What the review will examine
- Disclosure indexes, laboratory certificates and continuity or chain-of-custody records.
- Differences between press-release claims, charges, admissions, trial findings and sentences.
- Mass, purity, sample representativeness, mixture composition and the basis for reported drug quantities.
- Search, seizure, detention and Charter issues for discussion with qualified counsel.
- Missing material, contradictory timelines and potential requests for further disclosure.
Private first; publication only by separate opt-in
All future submissions should default to private. Publication must require a separate, informed opt-in, review of court-imposed publication bans and sealing orders, protection of third parties and manual redaction/approval of both the source material and any AI-generated assessment. A submitter’s consent cannot override a publication ban or another person’s privacy or legal rights.
For defence lawyers
Use the planned tool to generate a source-linked issue list and a claim-to-exhibit table for counsel to independently verify. AI may make errors, misunderstand law or miss key evidence. This site does not provide solicitor-client representation, cannot guarantee legal privilege, and does not replace a licensed lawyer.
